The rules of the case.

1. Apple license terms

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the Bustem application. These Terms supplement that license and govern the Bustem service, subscriptions, accounts, acceptable use, and content. Apple’s mandatory license terms control if there is a conflict about the application license.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and located somewhere the service may lawfully be used.

3. Service description and limits

• Save up to five public profiles.
• Select one public profile for automatic checks and optional notifications.
• Review public samples of up to the newest 50 followers and 50 followed accounts.
• Request up to three manual public checks per rolling 24 hours, with a one-hour minimum interval.
• Review public-profile activity retained for up to 90 days.
• Manually refresh an authorized private profile through Instagram’s website on your device, subject to separate attempt limits.

The first successful check creates a baseline and does not recreate past activity. Bustem reports observations at check time, not the exact time an underlying event occurred. Samples may be incomplete, and disappearance from a sample does not prove an unfollow. Third-party profile information may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

The free preview contains clearly labeled fictional sample connections and activity. It does not reveal hidden information about the profile entered.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Bustem offers weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The plans provide the same features for their stated billing periods unless the purchase screen expressly says otherwise.

• Apple supplies the price and renewal period for your storefront.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when purchase is confirmed.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple Account may be charged within 24 hours before renewal.
• Manage or cancel through Bustem’s Manage subscription link or Apple Account settings.
• Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends.
• Deleting Bustem or its account does not cancel the Apple subscription.
• Apple handles refund requests under its rules and applicable consumer law.
• No free trial applies unless Apple displays one before purchase.

5. Accounts

Bustem may create an anonymous app account before sign-in. You are responsible for controlling access to your device and Apple Account. Do not attempt to access another person’s Bustem account.

Delete your account through Settings → Delete account and data after completing Apple identity confirmation. Account deletion removes Bustem account data and local tracking data but does not cancel an Apple subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bustem to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person.
• Evade privacy settings, access private content without authorization, or misrepresent yourself as an approved follower.
• Violate privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property, platform, or other applicable laws or rights.
• Make employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, law-enforcement, or similarly consequential decisions about a person.
• Automate, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or bypass security or usage limits.
• Sell, republish, or build a profile database from Bustem results.
• Use Bustem for surveillance or another unlawful purpose.
• Claim that results prove an unfollow, exact event time, relationship status, private activity, or profile visitors.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any permission required for your use of profile information.

7. Third-party services

Bustem relies on Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, RapidAPI, an Instagram data provider, Instagram/Meta, and profile-image hosts. Their services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Bustem is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. “Instagram” and “Meta” are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Availability and changes

Checks and notifications are not guaranteed to happen at a particular time or capture every change. Bustem may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to third-party changes, or protect users and the service. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

9. Suspension and termination

Bustem may restrict or terminate access when it reasonably believes these Terms were violated, risk or harm was created, fraud or abuse was attempted, or the law requires it. Where appropriate and legally required, contact mahmudhanadiadv@gmail.com to appeal.

10. Intellectual property

Bustem’s original visual design, software, and service materials are owned by or licensed to its operator and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant permission to use Bustem branding or copy, or to modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by Apple’s Standard EULA or applicable law. Third-party profile information and trademarks remain their owners’ property.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bustem is provided “as is” and “as available.” The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Results are informational observations from limited samples and must not be treated as verified statements about a person’s conduct or relationships. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bustem and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data or profits; reputational harm; or decisions made from incomplete or inaccurate results. Total liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount paid for Bustem during the 12 months before the relevant event. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Bustem’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your habitual residence.

14. Changes and contact

Bustem may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. Revised Terms will show a new effective date and additional notice where required. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using Bustem and manage your subscription through Apple.
